Noah Nelson is the founder of No Proscenium, a publication dedicated to exploring the immersive and experiential arts, its sister site Everything Immersive, and co-founder of the non-profit organization The Immersive Experience Institute. As a producer he has led multiple immersive industry events including The Next Stage (2023) the Los Angeles Immersive Invitational (2019 & 2022), the Denver Immersive Gathering (2022), and the Immersive Design Summit (2018 & 2019). His extensive experience consulting on immersive work includes Camp Christmas (Denver Center for the Performing Arts), and working with Tender Claws to develop initial casting protocols for The Under Presents (Meta Quest). He is proud member of the faculty of the CalArts School of Theater and holds a bachelor’s in Theatre Arts from San Francisco State University. His reporting has been heard on NPR’s All Things Considered and APM’s Marketplace.

Luckily, we have secured a second, smaller block of rooms at Le St-Martin Hôtel & Suites. This is a 5-minute drive away from the RECON venue. If you missed out on the original room block, Le St-Martin Hôtel & Suites is our choice among the many hotels in the area. They are providing a special RECON rate of $209 CAD per night (plus taxes) that includes breakfast, wifi, and parking.

You can also call the Reservations Manager Kayla’s direct line (450) 902-3007 and mention the Room Escape Artist group. If you are looking to extend your stay longer than 3 days, call Kayla, and she will honor the group rate if possible, depending on the dates of your stay.
