What if We Remove the Walls? Expanding your business and creative opportunities by literally escaping the confines of a room

Expanding an escape room business usually means signing a new lease and paying more for property. But what if you weren’t constrained to the walls of your business? Emma Rochon of Improbable Escapes in Kingston, Ontario has created dozens of experiences, with a majority of them existing in public spaces. Through product diversity, Emma has created a thriving, self-sustaining business, supported by smaller, less risky projects, all while expanding and keeping her team. We’ll explore the variety of locations that Emma has built unusual experiences into for fun and profit.
